Aluminum Composite is a rigid sheet made of two sheets of 0.15in pre-painted aluminum, bonded to a polyethylene core, making it rust-resistant. Light-weight, without sacrificing durability, it's often used for outdoor signage, parking signs, stadium and school signs, and channel letter backings.
This material can be cut to shape via our router for any special projects. These boards can be easily printed to fit side by side to make oversized signage. We print with a UV hybrid printer, so your graphic is less likely to fade with the sun. Additionally, a UV laminate may be applied to make your signage last even longer!
